Jamie Carragher: Liverpool say goodbye to veteran defender

Liverpool stalwart Jamie Carragher thanks the club's supporters for the "great times and memories" after making his 737th and final appearance before retiring.

Ahead of his final game for the club, he was given a guard of honour by his team-mates and opponents QPR.

Carragher retires having won one Champions League title, one Uefa Cup, two Super Cups, two FA Cups, three League Cups and two Community Shields.
