Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says "the belief" of striker Fernando Torres allowed him to capitalise on a defensive mix-up and score a last-minute winner against Manchester City.

Torres pounced after a breakdown in communications between goalkeeper City goalkeeper Joe Hart and defender Matija Nastasic to earn Chelsea a 2-1 win.

The victory lifts Chelsea up to second in the Premier League table, two points behind leaders Arsenal.
