David Luiz says England 'need to dream' they can win World Cup

Brazil and Chelsea defender David Luiz thinks England "need to dream" they can win the World Cup to stand a chance of lifting the trophy.

Ahead of the World Cup draw Luiz tells Football Focus that England "don't think in a positive way" and need to have more belief if they want to go all the way next summer.

All 32 teams will find out who they will face in the group stage of the competition when the draw takes place in Costa do Sauipe Resort in the Brazilian state of Bahia on Friday.
