Aston Villa 0-3 Man Utd: David Moyes glad to see Welbeck scoring

Manchester United boss David Moyes says striker Danny Welbeck "needed" his two goals in the 3-0 away win at Aston Villa, after having his season disrupted through injury.

Welbeck scored twice in three minutes, slotting home after Adnan Januzaj's header rebounded off the post, and then sliding in to score from Antonio Valencia's cross. Wayne Rooney set up Tom Cleverley to drive in United's third.

The Red Devils are still 10 points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal, but made sure they did not lose a third Premier League game in succession for the first time since December 2001.
