Juan Mata delighted to sign for Manchester United

Juan Mata says he is relishing the prospect of playing alongside Wayne Rooney who he said was one of the best players ever to play in England.

Mata became Manchester United's record signing when he completed a £37.1m move from Chelsea on Sunday.

The 25-year-old midfielder says it was the "character" of the club that convinced him to sign and adds that he believes United could still win the title from their current position.
