Manchester City 2-0 West Ham: Pellegrini 'very proud' of title win

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini tells Match of the Day's Gary Lineker he is "very proud" to win the "strongest league in the world" after City were crowned Premier League champions with a 2-0 home win against West Ham.

Goals from Samir Nasri and captain Vincent Kompany ensured City got more than the point they needed to secure their second title in three years, despite Liverpool's 2-1 victory over Newcastle.

City won their last five games of the season and scored 102 league goals en route to being crowned champions.
