Mauricio Pochettino will need time at Tottenham says David Ginola

Mauricio Pochettino will need to be given three to five years if he is appointed as Tottenham Hotspur manager says former player David Ginola.

The Argentine is in advanced talks with the club to leave Southampton and become Spurs' fourth full time boss in two years.

Tottenham have been looking for a new manager since sacking Tim Sherwood earlier this month.
