Germany's Miroslav Klose makes an instant impact after coming on as a substitute to equalise against Ghana in their 2014 World Cup Group G match in Fortaleza.

Klose has now scored 15 World Cup goals and has equalled the all-time record with Brazil's Ronaldo.
