Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal says David De Gea was "fantastic" after the goalkeeper pulled off a string of vital saves to help his side beat Everton 2-1 at Old Trafford.

De Gea stopped Leighton Baines's penalty just before half time as well as pulling off superb saves from Leon Osman and Bryan Oviedo late on, while Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao scored to secure the win.

James Wilson became the 30th player used by Man United this season, more than any other team.
