Price of Football 2014: Borussia Dortmund's British appeal

BBC Sport travelled to Germany to find out if the Bundesliga really does look after its fans and offer good value for money.

Reporting for the BBC's Price of Football study, Ben Smith discovered the cheapest season ticket at Borussia Dortmund costs £160, compared to more than £1,000 at English Premier League club Arsenal, and the average price of a match-day ticket is about £13.

Not only that, he bumped into a growing number of British fans opting to take in a game at the 65,718-capacity Westfalenstadion, upset at the prices they have to pay at home.

For Dortmund's league matches, when standing is permitted, the stadium can hold up to 80,720 fans.
