Aston Villa 1-2 Tottenham: Kane deserves to play more - Pochettino

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino believes striker Harry Kane "maybe deserves to play more in the Premier League" as his side bag a late 2-1 victory at Aston Villa.

Kane scored his seventh goal in seven games to give Spurs maximum points after Andreas Weimann had given Villa a half-time lead and Nacer Chadli swept in Erik Lamela's corner to equalise.

Chadli has now scored five goals in nine league appearances this season; he managed just one in 24 last term.
