Leicester 0-1 Man City: Pellegrini hopes Frank Lampard will stay

Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini says he hopes Frank Lampard will be able to "continue" his time at the club, after the midfielder scored the winner in a 1-0 victory at Leicester.

The former Chelsea player guided home Samir Nasri's pass to give City three points, but the visitors had to deal with the loss of Edin Dzeko and Vincent Kompany to injury.

Lampard's goal was his 175th in the Premier League, drawing him level with Thierry Henry in fourth place on the all-time leading scorers' chart.
