Michael O'Neill mulls over N Ireland options for Scotland friendly

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill says a number of his regulars are short of game time heading into this week's contests against Scotland and Finland.

Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has not played for almost three weeks as he is currently serving a ban for spitting at Newcastle's Papiss Cisse in the Premiership League game on 4 March.

Aaron Hughes has also not started a game for Brighton for some time so the Northern Ireland boss may feel that he needs to give both defenders some game time in Wednesday's friendly against the Scots at Hampden Park ahead of Sunday's Euro 2016 qualifier against Finland.
