Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard tells Gary Lineker he is "very proud" of his 17-year Liverpool career.
The midfielder's final Anfield appearance ended in a 3-1 defeat by Crystal Palace.
The 34-year-old was given a rousing reception by supporters in his 709th game for the club, saying it was "very emotional - an unbelievable send-off".
Gerrard, who also revealed the best Reds team he played in and his thoughts on any potential career in management, will play his final match for his boyhood club against Stoke on Sunday, 24 May.
