Chelsea celebrate their Premier League title at a packed victory parade in West London.

Thousands of football fans turned out to watch three open-top buses take the team on a parade from Stamford Bridge towards the King's Road in the capital.

Chelsea ended their campaign eight points clear at the top of the table after a final-day win over Sunderland.
