Liverpool: Daniel Sturridge looks best for 18 months - Rodgers

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers says Daniel Sturridge looks "really sharp" after the striker retuned to training.

Despite the England forward being back in training, he will not be available for Saturday's game at Manchester United.

Sturridge scored 24 goals in 33 appearances in the 2013-14 season as Liverpool finished second in the league, but was blighted by injuries last term.
