Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini says Scott Dann should have been sent off for his tackle on Sergio Aguero during his side's 1-0 over Crystal Palace.

Aguero limped off with a knee injury but the Premier League leaders continued their 100% start to the season courtesy of an injury-time winner from Nigerian teenager Kelechi Iheanacho.

Manchester City have won their last eleven league matches - a new club record. The top-flight record is fourteen, set by Arsenal in 2002.
