Kevin De Bruyne: I have 'nothing to prove' in Premier League

Manchester City's club record £55m signing Kevin De Bruyne says he has "nothing to prove" in the Premier League.

The 24-year-old agreed a six-year deal with City for the second highest fee paid by a British club after Manchester United's £59.7m signing of Angel Di Maria.

But the Belgian midfielder believes he has shown his ability through performances in a Wolfsburg side who won last season's German Cup and finished second in the Bundesliga.
