Sproule strike sinks Swifts at Stangmore Park

Ivan Sproule scores the only goal as Linfield beat Dungannon Swifts 1-0 at Stangmore Park to remain level on points with league leaders Crusaders.

Sproule took advantage of confusion in the home defence to find the empty net from the edge of the box.

Both sides had chances throughout the game but the Blues, while not at their best, just about deserved to secure all three points.
