International role was pivotal in Newcastle move - NI's Lewis

Northern Ireland defender Jamal Lewis says his impressive start in international football was key to sealing a move to Newcastle United last month.

Lewis believes his switch from Norwich City may have been helped by NI goalkeeping coach Steve Harper, who spent two decades at St James' Park.

Northern Ireland face Bosnia-Herzegovina on Thursday in a Euro 2020 play-off semi-final.
