Cardiff City’s Ebou Adams says he is grateful to have finally made his Cardiff City debut after a year of injury setbacks.

The 27-year-old missed the whole of last season after ripping his pectoral muscle off the bone in a pre-season game in the summer of 2022.

He says the only sporting figure to have suffered a similar injury is WWE wrestler Triple H.
