Sophie Ingle: WSL appearance record down to 'hard work and sacrifice'

Sophie Ingle says her WSL appearance record is a result of years of hard work, determination and sacrifice.

The Wales captain set a new top-flight benchmark of 184 games when she featured for Chelsea against Liverpool on Saturday, 18 November 2023.

The 32-year-old is expected to start for her country in their penultimate Nations League game against Iceland in Cardiff on Friday, 1 December.
