Max Verstappen says he isn't scared of Formula 1
Toro Rosso driver Max Verstappen says he "isn't scared" of the possibility of accidents and even death when competing in Formula 1.
The 17-year-old, who is to become the youngest ever F1 driver when he competes in Australia on Sunday, discusses his ultimate goal of becoming world champion, how preparation is key to winning a race and how starting on the grid is a "childhood dream".
Despite some claims last season that he is too young to join the sport, Verstappen says he "doesn't care" about any expectations that have been placed upon him this year, whilst his father, former driver Jos Verstappen, wills his son to "be careful".
