Keith Senior: Rugby league stopped me going off rails

Former Great Britain, England and Leeds Rhinos player Keith Senior says rugby league kept him out of trouble and taught him discipline as he was growing up.

Senior - who now works for the Leeds Rugby Foundation - was talking to Gabby Logan at the National Rugby Disability Festival at Headingley Stadium, the home of Leeds Rhinos.
