Get Inspired: Ulster Rugby players try paddle boarding

Ulster rugby players Rob Herring, Sam Windsor and Ruaidhri Murphy make a splash when they have a go at stand up paddle boarding.

Having grown up on the coast in South Africa, Rob Herring has always enjoyed different water sports and says he finds them relaxing.

Sam Windsor's message for anyone wanting to try stand up paddle boarding is: "Get active, get outside, you can have as much fun as you like."
