Get Inspired: Rugby transformed my life - Keira Philpott
"Before I found rugby I was a couch potato - I didn't do anything," says Keira Philpott.
After finding an advert on social media and suggesting she and some friends go along for a laugh, she is now hooked.
She has since captained the under-18s for her club, Wattstown RFC, is involved with Cardiff Blues and has gained coaching qualifications.
"I'm not sporty," she adds.
"You don't have to be a certain type of person to play it. In rugby you can be tall, short, fat, thin - there's a position or place for everyone."
