New superstar Rory McIlroy back home in Holywood

Rory McIlroy says that he is conscious of his new-found role model status, after returning home following his record-breaking US Open win at Congressional.

The Northern Irishman rebuffs any comparisons with the iconic status of George Best and is hopeful that his homeland may get the opportunity to host a major in the future.

McIlroy also reveals that he plans to check in with Rafa Nadal and Andy Murray at Wimbledon next week.
