Defending Open champion Louis Oosthuizen says the combination of wind and rain made his third round at the 2011 tournament extremely difficult.
The South African finished his round six over par after his round of 74.
Oosthuizen admits he has little chance of getting back into contention, but believes the weather could still make it difficult for the leaders.
