Darren Clarke honoured to be Ryder Cup vice-captain

Northern Ireland's Darren Clarke says he would love to be captain of Europe's Ryder Cup team some time in the future.

Clarke, speaking before the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles, said he would readily accept the challenge - if the invitation came from the Ryder Cup committee.

The 2011 Open winner is one of Jose Maria Olazabal's vice-captains for the 2012 clash with the United States on 28-30 September.
