Michael Hoey downbeat after missing Northern Ireland Open cut

Michael Hoey explains how he called a two-shot penalty on himself at the 11th hole, his second, on his way to missing the cut at the Northern Ireland Open at Galgorm Castle.

Hoey says he is "bitterly disappointed" not to make the final two rounds of the European Challenge Tour event after shooting a second-round 76 to lie four over par.

"I am 70% sure the ball moved and at times everything that could go wrong did go wrong," said the five-time European Tour winner.
