EuroHockey: England beat Netherlands in semi-final shootout

England's women qualify for the final of EuroHockey after winning a dramatic penalty shootout against the Netherlands 3-2 following a 1-1 draw.

The Dutch fell behind after conceding an own goal from Sally Walton's long ball, before Eva de Goede equalised to force penalties.

Goalkeeper Maddie Hinch made the crucial saves that meant Alex Danson's winner booked England a place in their first European final for 22 years.

Germany will be their opponents after they beat Belgium, also on penalties.
