BHA official Jamie Stier on review of whip use

British Horseracing Authority (BHA) raceday regulator Jamie Stier says the sport should consider all points of view as the use of the whip in horse racing is reviewed.

The BHA is in the middle of its most comprehensive investigation into the use of the whip.

And Stier is keen to ensure that the right decision is reached.
