Racing whip rules could be eased, says BHA new chief

The British Horseracing Authority's new chief executive Paul Bittar has indicated that racing's controversial whip rules could be eased.

The guidelines have been criticised by jockeys for being too severe.

Bittar is to meet jockeys' leaders and told Radio 5 live Breakfast that punishments for offenders must fit the crime.
