Cheltenham 2013: Barry Geraghty thought he had lost Gold Cup

Cheltenham Gold Cup winning jockey Barry Geraghty says he thought he "was in trouble" five fences from the finish, but his horse Bobs Worth, trained by Nicky Henderson, claimed the win.

The 11-4 favourite came from behind to beat runner-up Sir Des Champs, ridden by AP McCoy, and 2011 winner Long Run, who finished in third ridden by amateur jockey Sam Waley-Cohen.

Geraghty added that all the jockeys are "pretty cut up" after amateur jockey JT McNamara suffered a serious neck injury in a fall at the festival on Thursday.
