Belfast Giants on top against Nottingham

The Belfast Giants emerge 4-1 winners against the Nottingham Panthers in Wednesday's Elite League fixture at the Odyssey Arena.

Chris Higgins, Jeffrey Szwez, Kevin Saurette and David Phillips scored for the Giants who already have the league title in the bag.

The match was a dress rehearsal for the 2014 Challenge Cup final, the first leg of which will be played in Belfast on 21 March.
