Casey Stoner relieved to win 'hairy' Valencia GP

Casey Stoner describes the Valencia MotoGP win as one of the "hairiest races" he has even been involved in after he escapes a first-corner collision to secure first place.

Four riders including Alvaro Bautista, Valentino Rossi, Nicky Hayden and Randy De Puniet crashed out because of the incident, while Stoner went on to overtake Ben Spies on the final corner to win his 10th race of the year.

Stoner admits he rode a cautious race in damp conditions but says he is "very happy" with the result.
