Casey Stoner wins Valencia MotoGP in photo-finish

World champion Casey Stoner confirms his dominance of the 2011 MotoGP season by edging out Ben Spies on the line in a dramatic finale to the season in Valencia.

The Australian finished ahead of America's Spies and Andrea Dovizioso, who secures third place in the final championships standings, in the first race since the death of Italian rider Marco Simoncelli.
