Moto2: Scott Redding takes maiden win at French Grand Prix

Britain's Scott Redding claims his maiden Moto2 win in a dramatic French Grand Prix at Le Mans.

The Marc VDS rider led the race calmly after watching three of his main championship rivals crash out as rain began to fall on the Bugatti Circuit.

A delighted Redding hailed a "well-earned victory" in "difficult conditions".

It is Redding's second Grand Prix victory overall, following his 125cc victory at Donington Park in 2008.
