England netball captain Pamela Cookey reveals her double life as an international netball star and manager at an aircraft manufacturer.

Cookey, who will lead England in their forthcoming series against South Africa, explains how she balances two daily training sessions either side of a full shift at work.

The 29-year-old has overseen a successful 2013 for England, who are unbeaten all year and earned an historic series win against reigning world champions Australia.
