Down goals see off Derry in Minor game

Down beat Derry 3-10 to 0-14 in the Ulster Minor Championship match at Celtic Park.

Quickfire goals in the first half by Corey Quinn and captain Donal McKeever put the Mourne side in command.

Any hopes Derry had of mounting a late comeback were dashed when Pat Haveron fired in Down's third goal.
