Ulster SFC: Colin Walshe happy with Monaghan intensity in win over Down

Colin Walshe says Monaghan upped the intensity in the second half as they hammered Down 2-22 to 0-9 in the Ulster SFC at Clones.

"In the first half, we stood off a bit and we were probably luck to be three up (0-9 to 0-6) at half-time," said Walshe, who was named man of the match.

"At half-time, we decided we needed to get more contact up and push up."
