Lord Coe defends 'seamless' London 2012 ticket sales

London 2012 chairman Lord Sebastian Coe says the ballot system was the "fairest way" to distribute tickets for the Games, despite about one million people missing out.

He also says he understands people's disappointment at missing out on tickets and explains that those who were not successful in the first round of sales will have a second chance to buy on 24 June.
