Olympics: Mark Cavendish deflated after Olympic road race defeat

Great Britain's Mark Cavendish accuses other countries of negative tactics following his failure to win a medal in the Olympic road race event.

Cavendish was one of the favourites before the race, but was well beaten by Kazakhstan's Alexandre Vinokourov to gold, with Colombia's Rigoberto Uran and Norway's Alexander Kristoff making up the medal places.
