Olympics 2012: Great Britain women make 200m semi-finals

There are mixed fortunes for Great Britain's women's 200m runners as Margaret Adeoye and Abiodun Oyepitan make it through their heats, but Anyika Onuora finishes fourth-fastest loser in the second heat, and fails to qualify.

Adeoye, 27, ran a personal best time of 22.94 seconds, while Oyepitan claimed her place after finishing second behind 100m silver medallist Carmelita Jeter in heat three.

Reigning champion Veronica Campbell-Brown, 400m gold medallist Sanya Richards-Ross and double Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce are among a host of names for Tuesday's semi-finals.
