Kath Grainger going for rowing gold in 2012 - at fourth opportunity

British rower Katherine Grainger already has three Olympic medals to her name, but they are all silver. Now, the double sculls world champion hopes to make it gold at last at London 2012.

The 36-year-old tells BBC Sport she is looking forward to the opportunity to compete in a home Olympics, and that prospect helped to drive her return to the boat post-Beijing.

Grainger adds that her reliance on training partner Anna Watkins means she will be ensuring neither of them take unnecessary risks - for example, bungee jumping - before the Games.
