Rugby League World Cup: McNamara will use whole squad

England boss Steve McNamara says he will utilise his whole squad during the World Cup despite the disappointment dropping players causes.

Forward Sam Burgess returns to the squad following a one-match ban for a high tackle in the opening game against Australia.

Wigan pair Lee Mossop and Michael McIlorum are included, but forward Tom Burgess, hooker James Roby and half-back Gareth Widdop have all been left out.
