Rugby World Cup 2011: Martin Johnson says France match is 'do or die'

England manager Martin Johnson says that his team selection for Saturday's quarter-final with France is "not a gamble".

Johnson explains why Mike Tindall will not be starting, with Toby Flood replacing the injured centre, while Nick Easter comes in for James Haskell in the back row.

And the 2003 World Cup winner says England, have beaten France in their last two World Cup meetings, will have to "start big" in Auckland.
