Rob Andrew apologises for England's performance on and off the pitch at the recent World Cup but defends his own position as elite director at the Rugby Football Union.

Speaking to BBC Sport's Alastair Eykyn, Andrew describes the RFU as being at "rock bottom" and the refers to the leaking of confidential reports into England's performance in New Zealand as "disgusting".
