England full-back Ben Foden believes the players need to take "collective responsibility" for their disappointing World Cup as a damning Rugby Football Union report is leaked to the media.

The Northampton Saint understands that with rugby enjoying a higher profile, due in part to Mike Tindall's marriage to Zara Phillips and Foden's own relationship with The Saturdays' singer Una Healy, that players are "there to be shot at".
