Joe Schmidt relief after Leinster Pro12 final victory

Joe Schmidt lauds his Leinster team's discipline as he signs off his three-year stint as coach with another trophy as they edge out Ulster 24-18 in the Pro12 final in Dublin.

"The last few minutes were nerve-wracking to say the least," said Schmidt after his final match at the Leinster helm before moving to take over as Ireland coach.
